Macrofuel Kitchen started from one frustration: meal prep that tasted like cardboard and came with guesswork macros. We cook chef-developed dishes, weigh every portion, and list the macros on the label — so the fuel matches the work you put in.
Everything is cooked fresh on prep day and delivered twice a week. No frozen trays, no subscription lock-in, just the meals you pick in the portions you need.

Meals are cooked fresh on prep day and keep for up to 3 days refrigerated. They can also be frozen on the day of delivery.

No. You can order one-off boxes whenever you like. If you want meals every week, the 4-Week Plan saves you 10%: your meals arrive weekly and you pay every 4 weeks.
Yes, any time from your account. You can also swap dishes before the order deadline — the number of meals and the price stay the same.

Meals arrive chilled in insulated packaging, ready to heat and eat. They're never frozen on delivery, so you can refrigerate them straight away.
Most meals reheat perfectly in 2–3 minutes in the microwave. For best results, transfer to a plate and heat in 60-second bursts. Each meal label includes specific heating guidance.
Yes. Every portion is weighed during prep and the macros — calories, protein, carbs and fat — are printed on the label of every single meal.
Absolutely. Freeze them on the day of delivery and they'll keep for up to 3 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge before reheating.
All ingredients and allergens are listed on each meal card. If you have a specific allergy, contact us before ordering and we'll help you find the right dishes.
Yes — digital gift cards are available from the Gift card page. They're delivered by email and can be redeemed at checkout against any order.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
Leave a safe-place note at checkout and we'll leave your box in a cool, shaded spot. Meals are packed in insulated bags to stay chilled for several hours.
